The Perfect Scale Micro RC Plane for Beginners
The North American T-28 Trojan was a military trainer aircraft introduced in the 1950s, used by the U.S. Air Force and Navy to prepare pilots for jet-powered flight. Known for its durability, handling, and versatility, it even served in combat roles during conflicts like the Vietnam War. Its iconic radial-engine and tricycle landing gear made it a recognizable and beloved aircraft for generations of pilots.
Meet the FMS 410mm T-28 Trojan—a compact, beginner-friendly RC plane inspired by the legendary North American trainer aircraft. Designed with first-time pilots in mind, it blends classic scale looks with modern tech to make learning to fly smooth, fun, and frustration-free. With a powerful 1020 motor, tricycle landing gear, and lightweight yet tough EPP foam construction, this Ready-to-Fly (RTF) aircraft includes everything you need right out of the box—plus a multi-mode gyro, return-to-home feature, and one-key stunts for confidence-boosting flights every time.
Notes to Buyers
- RTF (Ready to Fly) airplanes come with everything you need to fly in the box. A transmitter, receiver, battery, charger, and all other required electronics are included and pre-installed from the factory.
- PNP (Plug-and-Play) airplanes include the ESC, motor, and servos all pre-installed from the factory. A transmitter, receiver, battery, and charger are not included.
- EPP foam can bubble or deform in high heat. To prevent this, avoid leaving them in direct sunlight when not in use.
- To ensure the return-to-home function works properly, please set it before takeoff. Once the aircraft is in the air, the feature cannot be activated.
- The RC airplane is perfect for teens aged 12 and up, and for kids under 12 with parental supervision.
